SPOILER: This quest is initiated by examining a jug that you get from harvesting near the brokendown wagon in Misthaven Crossing. Use it and then examine the jug to start the quest. You must then find Krajor Nicklebutner, who is the dwarf general goods vendor in Silverlake.
