Zarglax says, "Three small shrines. Each unimportant by one, but as a whole strong. Two-eye can fix them all and help make wyrm happy." "You go to take Dull Mistral Shards to Shrines of Gale, Cyclone, and Tempest. Fix them and Zarglax make two-eye happy as wyrm!"
TIP: Slivers drop off of cyclops.
