Description

The conversation with the quest will lead you to believe that you are to meet Karenda in Tanvu with the items, this is not 100% entirely true. You will find him with the materials in the same spot you found him originally (Dock in Dallerjuba Village). Apparently they consider this location "Tanvu" even though it has its own name.

Notes

You have to complete the Swordsmith's Letter prior to opening this quest up. It is a level five quest given by Nujen Starsinger near the crafting area in Tanvu. You deliver the letter to Karenda, who is at the Dallar Juba docks (East).
