Notes
Present in the VGO Emulator build. Zompsi Tester, a Psionicist whose spellbook holds 154 abilities, has it, and the client's own memory gives its id as 26915.
It was set aside as missing from the build after a player at the level cap read their whole Psionicist spellbook in August 2026 without finding it. That reading is kept here and superseded: a spellbook shows what one character has learned, not what the build has.
