Notes
Dreadful Countenance is a debuff carried by the target, not a buff on the Dread Knight. Many abilities and procs raise it, and they stack — which is why so many tooltips mention increasing it without saying what it is.
Confirmed present in the VGO Emulator client: it appears in the Dread Knight's Adventuring spellbook, captured in full (157 entries over 7 pages) on a level 50 character. The tooltip has not been read, so the figures below still come from the source credited above.
