The Paladin has a Healing Touch line of its own, held separately here. It is a weaker ability rather than the same one: at matching levels this Cleric version heals between 10% and 23% more.

Energy efficiency differs between the two classes by a near-constant factor. Healing per point of energy spent runs 1.9 to 2.0 times better on the Paladin than on the Cleric at every matching level -- the Paladin heals less per cast, as expected, but costs less than half as much energy to do it. A ratio that steady across five ranks looks deliberate rather than accidental, but it is worth confirming which side carries the intended numbers.
