Notes
Dreadful Countenance is a debuff carried by the target, not a buff on the Dread Knight. Many abilities and procs raise it, and they stack — which is why so many tooltips mention increasing it without saying what it is.
An earlier reading from VGO Emulator, on a character with different stats, gave: “Increases your damage by 60. Increases the rate at which you gain Dreadful Countenance”
