Acthalan Lair

This is a cavern dungeon located in Veskal's Exchange. There's a main quest leading into it. The mobs level range is 14 to 16, 3 dots with 4 dots roamers and nameds. There's several roamers that usually walk from one group (of two) mobs to another. Another group of two mobs always walks through the whole dungeon from their spawn point, located a few meters outside the dungeon's entrance. This dungeon is quite challenging but a well balanced and coordinated group with an average level of 14-15 can do it fairly easy without too much trouble. Personally i would discourage going there untill you are at least level 13. The most dangerous thing are roamers who might link adds from the closer spawns and the constant respawn of the 2 mobs who walks in togheter from outside and usually happen to arrive in the less appropriate moment to your group.
