Use the purified concoction near the drake bones to the southeast, and destroy the ancient protector that comes to attack the drake. Then the scuffle is over, look in the treasure chest that drops at his feet.
Description
Shervina Asbara says, "I've purified the mixture of blood and bone in order to make what I think is a potion of summoning. This potion should summon an ancient drake, which was defeated long ago by the lizardmen. When the drake was killed, the lizardmen took a totem. This totem, unfortunately, had exerted a magical influence on them, binding the lizardmen through fear, giving the drakes control over them. Use this potion on the drake bones to the southeast, and destroy the lizardmen that come."

(This quest has you summon an Ancient Enforcer to help you fight off the Protector. All you need to do is wait by the Enforcer and let him get agro on the Protector. As long as you take down the 2dot adds he brings, you should be ok.)
