This quest opens once you have achieved Celestine Ward full faction of 11,900. You need not have completed any of the Celestine Ward armor to access this quest. This quest was accessible as low as level 30. Vol Tuniel is an underground dungeon one chunk south of Wardship of the Sleeping Moon. Thelaseen is an aerial dungeon situated on elevated platforms and is located one chunk south and one chunk east of Wardship. Refer to a map for locations of named within each.
