Description

Aryobarz nods, "All of this says one thing to me: the Ksaravi seem to be under great pressure from, well, something. Unfortunately, I haven't studied the rat people as much as Akaniaber Ishraqi has." "Akaniaber is one of the educated men of the Primal Conclave of Khal. He can read and write both ancient and modern Ksaravi. He knows more about Ksaravi culture than, well, any of us." "You need to take these samples to him, so he can contemplate what's pushing the rat people to such desperation."

Notes

Take the three samples you collected from the previous quest to Akaniaber Ishraqi (http://thetelonproject.wikidot.com/npc:akaniaber-ishraqi) in the Primal Conclave in Khal. Take the riftway from the gulch to Khal and head into the inner part of the city. Then follow the docks northwest until the last door before the end of the docks. This will be the Primal Conclave. Akaniaber wanders around inside (both on the top and bottom floor). Speak to him to complete the quest. Akaniaber says slowly, "Yes, hmm, these architectural samples are similar to what we have seen in Ksaravi Hollow. The rats are building their homes in a great rust, and we are not certain why." "We can make a few educated guesses based on their behavior." Akaniaber says, "First, a bit of history. The Ksaravi are from a place far to the southwest, where they are known as the Imperial Ksaravi. "I must impress upon you that the Ksaravi are a truly ancient race, and they carry with them traditions that are not hundreds but thousands of years old. They have forgotten how to build houses because they have lived in the homes of their ancestors for so many generations." "But the few things they remember how to build, like fishing poles, are masterwork items."
