Quest Steps
Step 1 - Get Quest
Rift to Skrilien Point. Go south and into the Upside Defense Garrison bunker. You'll see Lieutenant General Conutuc Sentixa. Pick up the quest.
Step 2 - Go to Ssre'vessk and kill the Skrilien
These guys are a little harder than the last, but not too much. All the mobs you need to kill are 25 and 26 3 dot mobs. You should be able to take them with a small group. Just be careful, because all the mobs in Ssre'vessk are very social. Their aggro radii are very large, and constantly seem to overlap. CCing a mob to break the aggro radius chain helps a lot with single pulling. (Lull the guy behind the guy you want to pull, breaking the aggro chain reaction.)
The shaman can be found at the main entrance to Ssre'vessk in a big circle. You should be able to fill your quota in one round.
The dreadscales and skullsplitters path around Ssre'vessk in groups of three. Some also patrol the huts solo. Again, these are easy to find, but pose only slightly more challenge than the shaman.
Step 3 - Turn In Quest
Go back to Lieutenant General Conutuc Sentixa, and turn in the quest.
