Notes

This item can be found on most of the creatures that inhabit Hillsbury. The secret room is found on the ground floor by taking the door on the left. Carefully pull mobs into the small corridor beyond that door from the dining room. Once in the dining room, carefully hug the right wall in the dining until you find the secret door to the secret room. Darrius Elkentrophe: /loc 69284, -60767, 47565 in Misthaven Crossing (-24, 27). Talk to Darrius to unlock his quests.

Quest Steps

Step 1 - Get Quest

Get this quest from Darrius Elkentrophe in Hilsbury Manor. See the spoilers page for specifics on how to find him.

Step 2 - Collect

You'll need to obtain one Essence of Bloodlust. This is a rare drop that can drop from any mob in Hilsbury Manor. If you have cash loot distribution set to automatically pass out cash loot, this item will randomly get passed to a group member. It will not be looted in that case, so everyone in your group should be on the quest and also paying attention to when or if they get this passed to them by the distribution program.

Step 3 - Return to Darrius

Return to Darrius to receive the dust.

Step 4 - Awaken the Mistress

Go up the stairs in the front room of the Manor, and into the Master Bedroom. There you should find a woman lying on the bed, apparently asleep. Right click her. This will spawn 3 24 dot all caps named, and you will also get to see the infamous LORD TALFYN!...although only for a moment, as he escapes through the mirror!

They're pretty tough. CC really helps here. They don't drop anything, but at least they give out faction plat.

Quest Notes

The respawn timer on the sleeping mistress is at least an hour.
