Welcome back, ____. It is now time to put the blood that you've brought me to use. This blood signifies the vengeance of Dahknarg and our intolerance of treachery. Long ago, there lived a proud Vulmane named Yuan. Yuan was respected by all in Dahknarg and had done much for the village. One night, Yuan's son, Yuanak, slaughtered him in his sleep, and so, Yuan's spirit rages on in unrest. Take this blood to the totem in the Kogath quarter as an offering.

Take this blood to the totem in the Kogath quarter as an offering. Once at the totem, use the potion in your inventory. After turning in the request, I also got the title Swiftfang.
