Effect
Alternate description
A second source words this differently; both are kept rather than one being discarded.
As it was earlier
What guides written while Vanguard was running recorded for this ability. Kept beside the current figures rather than replacing them — the game was rebalanced across its life, so both are right for their own year.

Notes
Enables you to fake your own death. Opponents will perceive you as being a dead character and will ignore you. Your opponent will not always fall for this ability.
The level recorded here was read from the VGO Emulator client. the vanguardmonks.com ability table, captured in 2008 gives a different one, and it is not an error in either: that page describes the game as it stood in 2007 and the emulator runs a much later build, so the Monk's abilities were rebalanced between the two. Forty of the Monk's abilities differ this way.
Read from the in-game tooltip in VGO Emulator. Bracketed damage figures shown in game are the skill- and level-adjusted values for that character and are not recorded here.
