Speaking the secret of ice grants your attacks a chance to deal an additional 88 to 93 ice damage, slows your target's attack speed by 18% and reduces movement speed. There is also a 9% chance to freeze your opponent for 4 sec. Only one Secret may be active at a time.

The level recorded here was read from the VGO Emulator client. the vanguardmonks.com ability table, captured in 2008 gives a different one, and it is not an error in either: that page describes the game as it stood in 2007 and the emulator runs a much later build, so the Monk's abilities were rebalanced between the two. Forty of the Monk's abilities differ this way.
