Available only to a Monk who has taken the Drunken Master style. It appeared in the spellbook when the style was granted at The Way Of The Sway, Part 2 (4812), and a Monk on another path will not have it. Its absence from a Monk's spellbook therefore says which style that Monk follows, not whether the emulator carries the ability.
