Previously recorded here as targeting an Ally. That was wrong: this ability's own effect text says it wanes “the body and mind of an opponent”. It is aimed at an enemy; the benefit to your defensive target is what it does, not what it targets. Corrected against the vanguardmonks.com ability table, captured in 2008, which agrees with the effect text.
