The Quest has had an update with item rewards, you now get an option to trade in both your heroic reward items from completing the Lesser Shrines and Wind Shrine in exchange for a legendary weapon. I don't have a link to them but they are very nice indeed, some of the swords are better than the pantheon ones. The quest to complete Shrine of the Wind is very vague but i have tried it myself and to the horror of my group after having farmed all 500 silvers to creat 5 dull shards, we discovered that it needed to be in possesion of 1 person.The cyclop Zarglax will make 1 dull shard from 100 mistral silvers and you need 5 of these shards to make into energized one when attempting to perform the ritual at the Wind Shrine. My group got badly screwed because naturally as a group quest, we all purposely had 1 shard amongst us (non tradeable) but what was really needed was for 1 person to be in possesion of all 5 to activate the cauldron....it was very disheartening.

We were the first on our server (Thunderaxe) to complete this quest.At first it was really bugged but they fixed the shards to where only one person in the group has to collect (which took us about a week) and then do tunrn ins for the entire group.
The events are pretty easy once you get them figured out. You do have to do the lesser shrines 5 times, not three because you need 5 final shards to do the last shrine.

Questline is very buggy and the GM's are as helpful as ever "bug it".It's taken us over a week to get most of our group through the "Shrine of the Zephyr" quest, they touch the cauldron, spawn the cyclops and he refuses to talk to them, can hail him all day long he won't give you a dialogue box.
If you kill him you'll bug the encounter permanently, it will give "The Ritual is already in progress".
He will despawn, you can re-summon him but he still won't talk to you, dropped the quest, picked it back up, nothing.
Eariler it happened to one of the other members, but another member who had only recently started the questline and was inthe group summoned him and successfully talked to him and then when they killed him they both got credit.
We started the questline months ago, we've waited and waited and waited, we've farmed all of the shards required, we're just waiting on the last member getting through the shrine of the Zephyr part of the quest.
Very frustrating.
