This starts off with Witch Doctor Ravix in Gaxton Village west of Martok. The quest name is Shadowhound Counsel

Then you need to head east to Muerden's Hut (the loc is given in the quest). The next quest is Beasts of Ghalnn's Realm

You must go to Lomshir on Qalia and talk with Nerail Tharazen. He has a camp called Shadow's Edge.

You must then kill 35 Tiberian Wildwood Shadowhounds near the Tiberian Wildwold. The quest is called Drawing Their Attention. These were level 3 dot 23 dogs and there are tons of them. They put a marker on the map

The next part is to go east and kill 40 Dark Elf Ghosts. The quest name is Ghalnn's Awareness. These are 3 dot lvl 23s.

The next quest is Locate Camp Dhanrak, and you are supposed to go to the spider bluffs in Thestra.

This next quest is called Many Components and comes from Swiftfang Hekosh. He wants random collected bits off all of the mobs in the area. There are 6 quests or so that you need to get from the others in this camp.

At this point, the quest is already a big pain in the ass btw.

He then sends you east of Trengal Keep to kill 17 stalkers and hunters as well as 17 gulgrethor and shinak shadowhoumds. Quest name is Hounds of Invasion. The gulgrethor and shinak hounds were exactly where the mapnote was. The stalkers and hunters were northeast of Trengal Keep.

You then get sent to the Strand of the Ancients to speak with Farmouka. The quest is A Riddle of Cats and Reptiles. She wants you to get 12 Brilliant Yellow Tiger Eyes, 4 unruptured lion spleen, 8 flecked snake eggs and 30 snapper scapula shards. The snapper shards drop every time, the spleens are about 1 for 2 lions, the eyes are almost 1 for 1, and the snake eggs are 1 for about 4 or 5, maybe more.

She then wants you to slay the Skrilien in Ssre'vessk. These are 3 dots. She wants 35 Carmine, Viridian and Ochre Feathers. This isn's so terrible since multiple feathers can drop per mob. This quest is Skrilien Practices.

She then sends you to get a Bag of Qalian Component to Hekosh in Thestra, in Spider Bluffs.

Once you give him the bag, you are sent off to collect 12 beaks, 45 lizard eye bloods, and 6 oilskin worm mucus. Beaks and bloods drop every time and the mucus is almost every time. This quest is Precision Hoarding.

He then sends you to complete 3 tasks (Kagin's, Hekosh's, and Mikka's). This quest is provoking Shadowhounds.

 Hekosh: Worgs of Trengal -- slay 32 large trengal worgs.
 Kagin: Ghalnn's Forgotten -- kill 40 ocean watch shadowhounds
 Mikka: Ashen Shadowhounds -- kill 35 Ashen Hills Shadowhounds

Part 4: ~3 hours, 9 Quests, ~228 kills

Location: Camp Dhanrak (1040, -50470, 50551 in Spider Bluffs (-26, 25)) To Get Here: Use Lomshir Riftway to Renton Keep, then run south to Camp.

There are 3 quest NPCs here, giving a total of 9 quests, most of which can be done at the same time. One quest tracks the other 6, which involve killing various mobs.

Quest #2: Provoking Shadowhounds (this quest tracks the 3 quests to kill shadowhounds) Time: ~3 hours (total of the 3 shadowhound quests + return travel time)

Quest #3: Words of Trengal (Kill 32 Large Trengal Wards) Time: 70 minutes (10 min travel, 60 min killing - NOTE: these are scattered, look behind TK and near the two gates to the valley)

Quest #4: Mountain Shadows (Find Ghostclaw Liarn at Norther Border, Thstra) Time: ~15 minutes (travel)

Quest: Ghalnn's Forgotten (Kill 40 Ocean Watch Shadowhounds) Time: 45 minutes (10 min travel, 30 min killing)

Location: Northern Border (-23900, -33700, 76011 in Falgarholm (-23, 27)) To Get Here: Travel NW from Camp Dhanrak to Norther Border (on foot/mount)

Quest #1: Ghalnn's Foes (Kill 20 Worshippers of Vothdar, 30 Worshippers of Valuse, and 30 Worshippers of Alurad. Also kill at least one of the leaders - Telorok, Thaden or Ancestral Revenant) Mob Level: 29 3-dot, leader is 29 4-dot Time: 110 minutes (20 min travel, 90 min killing)

Quest #2: Enemies to the South (Find Silvermane Alopek in Wardship of the Sleeping Moon, Thestra) Time: ~10 minutes (travel)

Part 8: 1 hour 40 minutes, 2 Quests, 75 kills

Location: Wardship of the Sleeping Moon (-5200, 6000, 9894 in Wardship of the Sleeping Moon (-23, 25)) outside town walls by a big tree. To Get Here: Use Riftway from Frostway Shard to Ruins of Vol Tuniel, then run north. Or, take the safer route and follow the path south from Northern Border to Wardship.

NPC: Silvermane Alopek

Quest #1: Enemies of Ghalnn's (Kill 25 Worshippers of Vol Anari, 25 Worshippers of Vaelion, and 25 Worshippers of Gloriann. Also kill at least one of the leaders. The only one I could find was in the cave, upper left side. Mob Level: 29 3-dot, leader is 29 4-dot Time: 90 minutes (30 min travel, 60 min killing) TIP: Take Vol Tuniel to New targanor and start at thr Gloriann cam, then work your way back to Wardship.

Quest #2: Nexus of Summoning (Travel back to Nerail Tharazen in Shadow's Rdge, Qalia) Time: 10 minutes (travel - Riftway Vault of Heroes to Lomshir)

Note: This NPC also gives a quest to kill Bloodhowler wolves. This is not required for the shadowhound mount.

Part 9: ~50 minutes, 2 Quests, ~10 kills

Location: Shadow's Edge (-42630, 84180, 17235 in Lomshir (-15 -9)) outside a tent. To Get Here: Use Riftway from Vault of Heroes to Lomshir. Run east to Shadow's Edge

NPC: Nerail Tarazen

Quest: Ceremony of Summoning (kill mobs until you get 6 blood vials. Right-click the 6 skulls in the cave (stay inside the circle of skulls), then right click the shadowhound trap in your inventory. Nerail Tarazen spawns with 2 shadowhounds. Ignore the hounds and kill Nerail. When he dies another shadowhound spawns. Hail him and click "I am now your master". He gives you the shadowhound summoning collar and sends you back to Muerden near Martok. Mob Level: 30 4-dot Time: 30 minutes (5 minutes travel, 25 minutes killing)

Quest: One Final Component (Travel back to Muerden in Sundering Wastelands, near Martok) Time: 20 minutes (travel - Riftway Lomshir to Wildgrowth Forest)

Part 10: 1 minute, 1 Quest
