Var Efreet Faction

Basically darkies (yay!) get a boost in doing the faction work in Afrit for the Var Efreet. Rough estimates of faction and their corresponding quests are shown below. Should mention that the quests are aggregate of one another, so if you get to the next tier you can still do the others.
Basically with each bag you get 50 faction with the Var Efreet. Cards are right clickable to be turned into Searing Stones, which, after amassing 50 of them, can then be combined to form a Bag of Searing Stones (henceforth referred to as "bags" or "bag"). Other ways to collect bags are to kill the named in Rahz Inkur or do the quests that come from the cards (they look like green gems). Please note that most of these quests are not repeatable, especially the heroic jewelry.
1. No faction to -1001 Full Rating
- Mez Potions - 2 Bags
- Armor - Varies by piece
- Kill 25 for cards
2. -1000 Full Rating
- Quest: Unworthy Plea
- Above quest is for the Rahz weapons line. Talk to Handler Aerco who is near the other quest givers. Takes your from Afrit to Nusibe Necropolis then back to Afrit. Asks you to collect 20 bags to upgrade your weapon, which will give you another +1k faction. The quest continues to a ring event in Rahz Inkur.
- First stage of the quest sends you Nusibe Necropolis you will need to talk to one of the quest givers in the quest room. He will then have you speak with Berakut. Berakut then sends you on a quest to recover the hilt.
- After doing Berakut's quests you will turn the quests back into him for your hilt. Note also that this will define your weapon as of right now it can not be changed from a rod to a stave. It is also important to note that if you change your hilt, there is a chance of Berakut not giving you a new one. This is a known bug put it will take GM assistance to fix the problem.
- Berakut will then send you into Lord Neferset's room. Lord Neferset will help you craft the weapon if you pass his challenge. By going through the dialogue he will port you and your group to Tehatamin Temple?. There you will find a glyph stone on top of the pyramid.
- Click the glyph stone to begin the quest. Slaughter the four named mobs, which are all snareable and fearable. Go back to the top and finish the quest. Click the orb in your inventory to update your weapon while near or on topof the flames on the temple. Port back to Lord Neferset's chambe in Nusibe Necropolis.
- Hail Lord Neferset one more time and you are done with Nusibe. He sends you back to speak with Handler Aerco who will then tell you that you need to complete the ring event up in Rahz.

- Ok so as far as I know the caster version works in conjuction (basically a chain) off the offensive melee's ability. Has a 30-second mez, with a one minute cooldown but the Efreet must have some debuff on them as stated above.
- For defensive tanks it forces the offensive target to engage the caster for a period of 2 minutes, or until hit. Damage reduced to half while under the effects of the ability.
