Part 2 - Tsang's Advisor
You may notice that you did not receive another quest involving the weapons quests, and that is ok! Nothing went wrong, you are done for now, unless of course you want to upgrade the weapon to a stronger form. If so then you have a lot of work ahead of you. There might be somebody that can help you if you would like a more powerful weapon, and that person resides inside of the Tomb (located at the entrance, after you teleport in). His name is Specter of Tsang's Advisor. From here on in you must be level 18+ in order to accept his next few quests, so if you are not that level yet, then that is why he won't give you the quest!
He is quite annoyed with you when he finds out that you hold one of the famed weapons of Tsang's generals. He then informs you that the weapon you possess is but a shadow of its former self. If you prove yourself to be worthy he may be able to upgrade the weapon for you. You need to show him that you are strong enough to wield such a weapon of power, and in order to do so, he sends you to kill a bunch of mobs.
2. Show the Advisor Your Power
Giant Jin'Ka
Creepers are located in the Jin'Ka forest area, and they can spawn anywhere inside
there. They look like giant mosquitos and are around level 18 3dot. All you can do to
locate these Creepers are to run around the Forest until you see one, as they are very
sparse and may take a while to locate the 10 that you need.
Corrupt Petrified
Oaks are gigantic looking treants and are as powerful as they look. There are
plenty of these in the forest, and can be seen from a distant because of their size,
so you won't have a problem finding these. They are level 20 4dot and can give you a
pounding if you aren't careful. Bringing friends will definitely make this part go by
more smoothly than by yourself. Good thing you only need to kill 15 of these.
The last things you will need to kill are the Jin'Ka Stonegazers. You
will need to kill a whooping 25 of these, but on the bright side they are located all
over the forest (mostly on the top half). The stonegazers look like big purple birds
and are level 18 3dot and should be no problem to take out. Just make sure you are
killing the stonegazers and not the petrifier birds that look exactly the same except
are red. The red ones are 4dot mobs and will not give you an update to your quest!
After you finish killing all these mobs, head back to the Specter of Tsang's
Advisor for your turn in and the first upgrade to your weapon!
3. Show Him Your Smarts!
So you have proven your strength to Tsang's Advisor, but now you must prove that you
are not weak of mind. How do you prove this to him? By solving some riddles. Not just
any riddles though, four riddles given by the one and only Riddle Stones! Yeah, that
didn't mean much to me either, but luckily he marks the location of the stones on your
map, as they are located on the opposite side of the mountain (the same area as the
back entrance into the tomb).
When you get there, you will notice four stones in a row. You can go up to any one of
them and try to answer its riddle, but if you want to do them in order, go from left
to right. Each one will prompt you with a question, as well as give you 4 possible
answers. If you answer a question wrong, it will send you flying 75 meters away from
the stones.
Tip: If you position yourself behind the stone, right up against its back, you will
not get flung 75 meters away!
Some people like these kind of challenges, so we will not ruin it by giving you the
answers. But then again, there are other people that don't like these kinds of
challenges, so we might as well give them to you
HERE
Spoiler Alert!
The Riddle of Man
History has painted us in different light,
Some as righteous, wicked and others as gods.
Our nobility is given through birth as our right,
Immortality, divinity: our classic facades.
What am I?
You are an Overlord
You are a Journeyman
You are an Emperor
You are a God
The Riddle of Stone
Deep Inside held many maiden,
Over peace and war I do preside.
Wizards with their knowledge laden,
Dwell in me both far and wide.
What am I?
You are an Castle
You are a Mountain
You are an Library
You are a Tower
The Riddle of Life
Righteous I am not,
But evil will I ever know.
In stories it seems I constantly plot,
To ruin your life and bring you low.
What am I?
You are my Mother-in-Law
You are Karma
You are Circumstance
You are Fate
The Riddle of Aspects
You have come this far, this last one to go,
I am born in experience, over time I grow.
The cost of ignorance, so apropos,
What I am by now you should already know
What am I?
You are Foolishness
You are Wisdom
You are Strength
You are Dexerity
After you answer all four questions correctly, head back to Specter of Tsang's
Advisor for another upgrade to your weapon, and the next quest.
4. Keep the Suffering Alive
Apparently, Ulaar, the Blade of Anguish, thrives off of the suffering of others. In
fact, back in its glory days the blade was used to wipe out entire villages, and now to
bring the blade back to its former glory you must kill the ghosts of the villagers the
blade once formerly killed (wow, what did I say?). Ten Suffering Villagers
are needed to be killed to be exact and they are located in the far northwest of the
Jin'Ka Forest. They are level 18 3dot and there's plenty of their suffering to go
around. After killing 10 of them, head back to Specter of Tsang's
Advisor for yet another upgrade to your weapon.
